Questions that need current information get real search results with sources — and you can ask for images right in the chat.

It remembers

Starnexus learns your preferences as you go. See and delete everything it knows in Settings → Memory.

Welcome, there

Help & FAQ

What does "Automatic" do?

It reads each message and picks the best model for the job — switching to a vision model when you attach a picture, and searching the web when your question needs current information. It's the recommended setting.

Why is Extended reasoning slower?

It works through the problem step by step before answering — like showing its work in math class. Slower, but much better for logic, math, and tricky multi-step questions. You can watch its reasoning by tapping "Show reasoning" on a reply.

Which AI models power Starnexus?

Several leading models — MiMo, Gemini, GLM, Kimi and Qwen. Every reply shows exactly which model wrote it, right under the message. Switch the picker to Advanced to choose one by name.

What does the "free taste" badge mean?

A few times a day you can try a model from a higher plan for free. When you run out, it politely offers an upgrade — nothing is ever charged automatically.

What does Starnexus remember about me?

It learns helpful facts from your chats — your projects, preferences, how you like answers written. See or delete every single memory in Personalization → Memory. Your custom instructions always win over learned memory.

Are there daily limits?

Each plan includes a generous daily allowance of messages and images, resetting every day. Extended reasoning and image generation use more of it than quick chats. You can see your usage under Account & Data → Usage.

How do I delete my chats or my whole account?

Deleted chats sit in Recently Deleted for 30 days, then vanish forever. "Download my data" gives you everything as a file, and "Delete account" erases it all permanently — both under Account & Data.
